Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using gilesparscale, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users — individual, business, and API clients. gilesparscale reserves the right to update these terms at any time, effective from the date of posting.

Permitted Use

You may use the Undress AI platform only for lawful purposes. You must not upload images of real individuals without their explicit consent. Any use that violates applicable law — including privacy law, obscenity law, or non-consensual intimate image laws — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer the Undress AI model, scrape outputs at scale without an Enterprise agreement, or use the platform to produce content involving minors. Violations are reported to relevant authorities.

Automated abuse of the API beyond agreed rate limits is also prohibited and will trigger immediate suspension.

Intellectual Property

All model weights, algorithms, and platform architecture remain the exclusive intellectual property of gilesparscale. Output images generated by the platform are owned by the user, subject to compliance with these terms.

Limitation of Liability

gilesparscale provides the platform on an as-is basis. We do not warrant that outputs will meet every specific requirement. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing cycle.

gilesparscale is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the platform.

Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party storage, payment, and analytics providers. gilesparscale is not responsible for the policies or conduct of those third parties. Review each provider's terms independently.

Data Security

All uploads are encrypted with 256-bit AES and deleted within 60 minutes of processing. gilesparscale does not sell, share, or monetize user-uploaded images under any circumstances.

Your Rights

You may request account deletion at any time. Upon deletion, all associated data is purged within 30 days. Processed images are already deleted within 60 minutes per standard platform policy.

Changes to Terms

gilesparscale may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after revisions are posted constitutes acceptance. Last updated: 2026.
