Data We Collect

gilesparscale collects account registration data (email address, plan type), payment information processed via our payment provider, and technical log data (IP address, browser type, session duration).

Uploaded images are processed in memory and are not written to permanent storage. They are purged automatically within 60 minutes of processing completion.

How We Use Your Data

Account data is used to manage your subscription and deliver platform access. Technical log data is used to diagnose errors, monitor for abuse, and maintain platform uptime. gilesparscale does not use your data for advertising or profile building.

Cookies

gilesparscale uses session cookies for authentication and functional cookies to maintain your preferences. No third-party advertising cookies are used on the platform.

You can disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling functional cookies may affect platform behavior, including session persistence.

Data Sharing

We share minimal data with two categories of third parties: payment processors (for billing only) and infrastructure providers (for hosting and CDN). No user-uploaded image data is shared with any third party.

Data Security

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Stored account data uses AES-256 encryption. Access to production databases is restricted to authenticated internal systems only.

gilesparscale undergoes security reviews on a quarterly basis. Any identified vulnerability is patched within 72 hours of discovery.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Submit a request to info@gilesparscale and expect a response within 5 business days. info@gilesparscale.com EU users retain full GDPR rights under this policy.

Third-Party Links

The platform may contain links to external services. gilesparscale is not responsible for the privacy practices of those services. This policy applies only to data processed by gilesparscale directly.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted. Processed images are deleted within 60 minutes. Log data is retained for 30 days then purged.

Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Changes are posted on the platform with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Effective from: 2026.
